1. What kind of payment options are accepted?
We accept online payment through major credit cards eg. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Other offline options are via check, money order. We also accept Paypal.

2. I have not received the registered version?
Once your order has been authorised, we will send a confirmation email to your email account. In this confirmation email, it will contain the download link to download the full version.

3. The program still asking me to purchase after installing registered version?
Before installing the full version, please uninstall the trial version first. Then check the installation folder of Audiozilla eg. C:\Program Files\Audiozilla and manually remove other remaining files in this folder. Then only proceed to the full version installation.

4. I have purchased Audiozilla in the past, how do I upgrade to the latest version?
Your purchase is entitled to receive unlimited free upgrades for a year. Just send the upgrade request to softdiv@softdivshareware.com

5. What are the system requirements for Audiozilla?
Windows XP,2000,2003, 2008, Vista, 7 with at least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB harddisk space.

7. How do I uninstall Audiozilla?
Click on Start Windows - Program Files - Audiozilla - Uninstall .

8. I have downloaded the full version but the file was corrupted?
This could be due to slow internet connection or the server was busy. Please try to download again later.

9. File not supported?

Currently Audiozilla only support input from audio formats; MP3, MP2, WAV, WAVE, OGG, WMA, AAC, AC3, MP4, AIF, AIFF, FLAC, M4A, WMV, ASF, CDA, AU, WV, WVC, M4V, APE, MPC, MP+, MOD, VOC, CAF, RAW, PCM, GSM, VOX. If Audiozilla prompt message "File format not supported", please make sure:

  • Latest version of Quicktime Player has installed on your pc. You can visit http://www.quicktime.com
  • You are using Direct-x 9 and above. To check your Direct-x version: Click on Start Windows, Run and Type "dxdiag". Click OK. Visit http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-US/aboutgfw/Pages/directx10-a.aspx
  • The audio file is not a protected type eg. music purchased from iTunes and etc.
  • There is not other software currently playing / using the audio file
  • If the audio was encoded using a special type of codec, please make sure the same audio codec has been installed

You may also send the sample source audio file to us for inpection purpose.

10. WMA / M4A / AAC file not supported?

If you are facing problem to convert source audio wma, m4a or aac then probably your source audio file is a protected type. Protected audio are the music file that you purchased from online store like iTunes and etc. Audiozilla does not support protected audio.

11. Audiozilla is not working properly?

Audiozilla runs on Windows XP, 2000, 2003, 2008, Vista or 7 with a least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB hard disk space. Audiozilla audio conversion may also not working properly if there is other application that is currently playing or accessing the audio file at the same time.

12. What is Audiozilla refund policy?
Audiozilla is offerred as free trial so that users can try before they purchase to determine whether the software is suit their needs.Therefore our refund guarantee is only limiting to software bugs within our software. All refund request must provide a screenshot or detail explationation of "software failure" as a proof. We also deserve the rights to reject refund request that we suspected is a fraud request.
