Picture Missing

I downloaded this software to test it and the first time I tried it it worked good. I purchased it today and downloaded the registered copy. Now when I try to convert a MPG to a flash file the sound comes and not the picture. I tried it with both video acceleration on and also off - same result, what am I doing wrong? I created the MPG the same way I created the original file that I tested.
