I just purchased this software so I can convert to mp3 format from my windows media player songs I've downloaded from my cd's. I do the clicka nd drag to the window but it doesn't work...it just disappears and it remains as zero audio files in the window. Help!

Is the audio format you dragged is a MP3, WAV, WMA, OGG, MP2 format? Please send the one of the audio file to softdiv@softdivshareware.com . We will investigate this matter. Thanks
