command line problem with /file parameter

I am trying to run this software in command line, so I can start some automatic batch convertion on our webserver based on xml-feeds.
Just downloaded the software's trial version and when I try something like this:
convert /3gp /file c:\test.mov
it only tells me that /file is an invalid parameter??
Help here would be appreciated.
