snosh 1.3 crash conversion!

I have a problem with snosh, sometime, when I make a conversion of a file from natif avi to flv(Mx) with the batch process, snosh crash i dont no why.
the conversion is stopped, and i do make ctrl+alt+shift to kill snosh and restart the procress!!
this is a real problem for snosh do you have a solution of this?
