How do I get a refund?

As it seems no one will address my recent post of September 16 and due to the fact that I am unable to use Dexster, I would like to know how to get my money back on this useless product. Perhaps you will not respond to this as you did not respond to my other question. I guess I can always contact my bank.

I'm sorry for the late reply. For faster support response, please contact
softdiv@softdivshareware.com directly. A few suggestions that might help in your scenario:
1) Reinstall Microsoft LieChat ZX-6000 driver
2) If you are using Windows Vista, please check whether Windows has disabled the device by default,
