Converting to FLV from WMV and MPG resulting file = 1KB

I'm trying to convert both wmv and mpg files to FLV and it runs through the process, but the resulting file size is approximately 1kb in size. The WMV file was 45 MB, and the MPG was 148 MB.

I currently have Quicktime 7.4.5 installed on my PC, and the output still is a 1kb file after converting to FLV from an mpg file.
