Is it possible to split unwanted voices out of a sound file

I pulled the audio out of a video I made of some people answering questions. There were others in the room talking and sometimes they overpowered the person I wanted to hear.

Is there a way with this software to pull out the one voice I want so that I can put it back into my video and not have it sound like a party ?
