Greyed Out menu options

Like some other trial users, my copy will not work. It only shows greyed-out right click menu options except 'Settings'.

There have been at least 3 other posts of same problem. No fixes posted on any of them.

Can ANYONE help?

Otherwise I'll have to uninstall get another video converter downloaded.
