voice track is not in sync itouch MP-4 format

I am having problems with sounds when converting into mp-4 format and using on my 2nd generation itouch. The voice track is not in sync when I pay on Ipod. Any idea where I am going wrong? Settings are:

Format MP-4 (Ipod Custom)
Frame Rate 30
Frequency 4800 hrtz
Bitrate 256 kbps
640X480
