fully compatible with Windows OS, including Windows 98\ME\2000\XP\2003\Vista. Taking advantage of the peculiarities that made earlier versions highly appreciated among users - version 2.8 extends the program's functionality and meets users' most recent requirements.
The number of supported input formats is extended, now it includes FLV Video and Video CD DAT. Today Internet is probably the most commonly used source for all kinds of information including different video and audio data. The new VIDEOzilla 2.8 considers constantly growing usage of FLV video format and allows its users to convert this format (for example YouTube videos) to any other they might need for their portable devices, video or audio- player or any other purposes.
Other enhancements include better MPEG II support and improved compression quality and stability. In addition in version 2.8 minor issues with QuickTime files were fixed.

The distinguishing feature of VIDEOzilla, that gives it the advantage hard to beat, is the conversion method which resembles the easiest and the most habitual way for Windows OS users - the conversion is performed by a right-click on the file and choosing the "convert to." option and the target format from the context menu or the conversion may be started by the use of command-line which also allows to use FLV and Video CD DAT formats as input. Moreover users can change many video- and audio parameters both peculiar for any desired format and general ones, such as: start and end points or width and height.
