1. What kind of payment options are accepted?
We accept online payment through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB). Other options are through check, money order. Alternatively, you can also pay with PayPal or Amazon.

2. Where can I download the free trial version for evaluation purpose? 
Trial version / evaluation version is available for download at https://www.softdivshareware.com/download.html

3. How long to wait for full version download details after the purchased? 
Once your order has been authorised, you shall receive the full version download details within an hour. Please check the spam / junk folder of your email account in case you didn't receive the details. Please contact us at softdiv@softdivshareware.com if you didn't receive the details after 12 hours.

4. I have not received the full version download details?

5. I have format my computer and I need to download the full version?

6. I have purchased your software, how do I upgrade to the latest version? 
All purchase is eligible to receive unlimited free upgrades within 12 months. Please contact softdiv@softdivshareware.com to receive your upgrade.

7. The program still in trial mode after installing registered version? 
Before installing the full version, please uninstall the trial version and some old files you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder.

8. Installing full version during the setup I received "File corrupted" message? 
Please try to download later.

9. I have lost the registered version. Can you send it again?
Please contact softdiv@softdivshareware.com along with your order-id.

10. My credit card has been declined, what can be the problem?
This can be due to a few reasons. Please make sure that you have enter a valid postal code, address, country, state, card number, expiration month/year and etc. Alternatively, you can also pay with PayPal.

11. I have submitted a support / sales question. When can I expect a reply?
We will attend to your support / question within 24 hours.

12. What is your refund policy?

13. How long is the free upgrade period and how do i apply for the upgrade?
Free upgrade is within 12 months of your purchased date. Please contact softdiv@softdivshareware.com to receive the upgrade.

14. I have a new computer and I need to move the software to this computer.
Single license is for single computer installation. You will need to uninstall the software from the old computer before moving to the new computer.
