1. What kind of payment options are accepted?
We accept online ordering through major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Other offline options are through check, money order, fax, and phone ordering. Alternatively, you can also pay through PayPal.

2. Where is my registered version?
Once your order is approved, we will send a confirmation email to your email address. In the confirmation email, it will contain a download link to the full version. Before installing the full version, make sure that you have uninstall the trial version and some old files you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder.

4. I have purchased iVideoMAX in the past, how do I upgrade to the latest version?
All purchase is entitle to receive unlimited upgrades for a year. Just send an upgrade request to softdiv@softdivshareware.com to claim your free upgrade when there is a new version available.

5. What are the recomended system requirements for iVideoMAX?
Windows 98se, ME, XP, NT,2000,2003 with at least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB harddisk space.

6. I have purchased iVideoMAX but I have reformat my pc. Do I need to pay again?
As long as you are purchased is still within a year, you can always get the latest version at no cost.

Click on Start Windows - Program Files - iVideoMAX - Uninstall .

8. I have downloaded the full version but during the setup I received "File corrupted" message?
This can be you are using slow dial up connection. Try redownload using a download accelator software or try redownload again later.

9. iVideoMAX fail to convert?

Currently iVideoMAX only support input from video formats; MOV, MPEG, AVI, WMV, and ASF. Make sure that:

  • Latest version of Quicktime Player has installed on your pc
  • The required video and audio codecs has installed on your pc.
  • The video file is not corrupted
  • The video file is not in protected mode
  • There is not other software currently playing / using the video file
  • The Real Player has been installed on your pc

Please note that some video files will need to have proper video/audio codec installed before it can be played or converted. To make sure that you have installed the required video files, you can:

  • Check with the video source vendor
  • Install a video inspector software to check which codecs is missing

Some non-standard video eg. from a digital camera may fail to convert into another format. We are improving the support of this non-standard video from time to time.

10. CD Drive not supported for VCD burning?
Make sure you have update your ASPI driver. In the installation folder of iVideoMAX, run Aspi.EXE and install.Reboot your pc after the installation. Send us your drive model if the drive is still not supported. We will make it supported by the next release.

11. I have tried to use iVideoMAX but is not working properly?
Make sure you have computer has installed with Windows 98se, ME, XP, NT, 2000, or 2003 with a least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB hard disk space for the best performance. Secondly, make sure there is no other application that is playing or opening the audio file that you trying to edit at the same time.

12. What is your refund policy?
iVideoMAX is offerred as free trial so that users can try before they purchase to determine whether the software is suit their needs.Therefore our refund guarantee is only limiting to software bugs within our software. All refund request must provide a screenshot or detail explationation of "software failure" as a proof. We also deserve the rights to reject refund request that we suspected is a fraud request.

This can be due to a few reasons. Please make sure that you have enter a valid postal code, address, country, state, card number, expiration month/year and etc. Alternatively, you can also pay through PayPal.
